Article Publication Charge

African Scientific Reports is a fully open-access journal. By submitting and publishing in the journal, authors agree that accepted articles will be published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).

Publication in the journal requires the payment of an Article Processing Charge (APC) after acceptance of the manuscript. The applicable APC rates are as follows:

• ₦60,000 — for active members of the Nigerian Society of Physical Sciences (NSPS)
• ₦100,000 — for non-members within Nigeria
• USD 140 — for authors outside Nigeria

Please note that African Scientific Reports does not grant APC waivers. All authors whose manuscripts are accepted for publication are required to pay the applicable APC.

Payment should be made immediately after acceptance of the manuscript though the link in the acceptance notification
